We will accompany you to meet with as many vendors as possible, your tastings and walk-throughs and will meet with you & your family (if wanted) as needed (more frequently 2 months pre-wedding) 24 hour phone availability and e-mail accessibility.

Queen Package- Full Service on a budget!

This is a package for a bride who wants the guidance, but wants to plan her own wedding. Like our Royal package, we offer professional guidance to help you organize the planning process, find the right vendors and achieve the right look and feel for your big day.

Princess Package-Day of Wedding Coordination

This option offers you peace of mind on your actual wedding day. We’ll manage the rehearsal, the dinner, and, of course, the big day! We get started one month in advance to help you tie up loose ends, and get familiar with your needs and your vendors.

Hourly Rates

Hourly consulting might be for you if:
• You have a venue and vendors booked, but can't seem to tie it together
• You are having a destination wedding and the details have gotten away from you and you need some help pulling everything together
• You are having a loft/ tent/ empty space wedding and want some assistance on the best set up, flow, lighting, rentals; but don't need vendor or on site staffing help
• You are looking for creative craft execution and just don't have the time: unique programs, gathering gift bags, sourcing fantastic table signs
• You are not living here in NC, but want some local help with finding venues, hotels, vendors, etc. You don't mind doing the follow up via email when you're home, but you want a point person here
• You're generally overwhelmed and need some perspective, or at least someone to help you create a game-plan for planning and a budget to follow to get you back on track
• You need help with a different kind of party: an amazing shower, a spectacular rehearsal dinner, a fabulous and 40 birthday party, whatever it may be.

Hourly rates range from $100 per hour to $175 per hour, depending upon duration of project and number of hours committed.

There is 2 hour minimum commitment.
